Brand situation
OHC is an independent oncology practice of 50+ physicians in the greater Cincinnati area. The healthcare market in the area is crowded. There are three major hospital systems including an academic institution. Healthcare systems from other Ohio cities also advertise in the area and, there is competition from national institutions like Cancer Centers of America, Mayo Clinic, and MD Anderson.
Project objective
Define a unique selling point for OHC to set it apart in the crowded healthcare market and create a campaign to illustrate that to customers. After completing the brand development, create brand standards the marketing team can use to keep the brand consistent and engaging.
